With its combination of trendy fashion, combined with a strong ‘basics’ line and affordable home wears,the Primark concept of “Look good, pay less” has won numerous new admirers throughout Europe. Dalziel & Pow collaborated with Primark to take its first step into the American market with an innovative flagship store in Boston. The store occupies the iconic Burnham Building, formerly home to the city’s much-loved department store Filene’s, and the design incorporates respectful references throughout.Our new concept helps apply the brand in a new territory with limited recognition, ensuring clearexpression of fashion and value for the brand. We’ve retained original features, including windows,exposing brickwork and terracotta ceilings, across 77,000 sqft of retail space.

Since 1986, the family owned and operated Five Guys restaurants, have been focused on serving fresh, premium quality burgers and fries in a no frills atmosphere across the United States.Since the launch in the United Kingdom on 4th July 2013 in Covent Garden, Five Guys has opened more than 33 stores across the United Kingdom to rave reviews. The American burger joint’s simple menu focuses on customizable burgers and fresh hand-cut fries.Five Guys created the ‘premium burger’ category, all served in a fast casual way.

Additionally, McArthurGlen has opened luxury designer stores such as Armani, Hugo Boss,Ports 1961 and local Vancouver retailer Secret Location, which offers a curated mix of international brands in the luxury square.

Markthal Rotterdam, Rotterdam, Netherlands
Rotterdam has a new icon. At a historical location at the Binnenrotte, next to Blaak Station and the largest weekly open air market, the first covered market of the Netherlands was realized. Markthal includes ahuge market floor under an arch of apartments. Its shape, colorful interior and height turn Markthal into a unique spectacle. Unique is not only its shape and size, but especially the way the different functions are combined. The combination of an apartment building covering a fresh food market with food shops,restaurants, a supermarket and an underground parking is found nowhere else in the world.

What is better than a pop-up store? An entire street of pop-up stores of course! That’s why we have decided to create the world’s first pop-up street. Not only our brands are stronger together to drive traffic but it’s also how we can make a relevant shopping experience out of it. 10 stores, 60 young designers, 4 weeks, more 30 000 visitors and 2 500 customers, even one minister: we have brought back to life a street where there was absolutely no traffic before. Our pop-up street was the place to be in Paris in July 2015.
