Located on Nanjing Road, it features 70+ iconic IP zones (e.g., Harry Potter, Disney), where 70-80% of products are IP collaborations. The three-story space blends retail with entertainment—from futuristic blind box displays to interactive pet and fragrance zones—achieving record-breaking sales of 12M RMB/month and 10,000+ daily visitors. Strategic activations like the Loopy tram and stamp-collection hunts enhance engagement. Located at the corner of Rue du Rhône, one of the city's main shopping and historic thoroughfares, and Rue Robert-Céard, the building houses six floors of shops and offices. Six petal-shaped shells adorn the façade and support the roof. These shells intersect at the corner of the street, marking the entrance to the boutique, and create an orchestrated choreography that evokes the movement of the fabrics used by the couturier to create his haute couture dresses.

FLANNELS, Leeds, UK

More than just sports facilities, it catalyzes spontaneous gathering and urban warmth, turning a forgotten corner into the neighborhood’s lively heart. This project demonstrates how small-scale, human-centered interventions– blending commerce, recreation, and social care – can softly yet powerfully activate space, foster belonging, and redefine community value in retail environments.

This has driven up visitors (+6%) and sales (+4%). As part of a European Green Capital, it prioritises efficiency (eco-friendly materials, smart LED lighting, rainwater collection, electric lifts and a photovoltaic plant) and diversity (accessible toilets for ostomates or inclusive signage).
